Why not go help Bryan Wee instead, because this project sounds
"a failure" to me, consider that the difficulty to extend the route
when the Harbourfront - Marymount sector opens.
But if you really want to do CW, then I suggest you use 0 as
your starting point with no commands until 17km later.

Well, in case you do not know how to extend the 17km for future
purpose (CCL 4 and 5), do PM me. (I got do the Pasir Ris overrun
sector, you can get the idea there)
If he want to do CW direction, it's ok. When the stage 1-4
opens, open up notepad, write down the code for the stage 1-4
ONLY. then
copy and paste the original codes. But you must rename the
distance.
